Homeowners May Pay a Special Yearly Assessment IF an Outside Firm is Required to Manage the Pine Island Ridge Community Association !!!!!

As you may be aware, the current PIRCA Board consists of an all volunteer board that manages the activities and projects associated with the common areas of our Community.  Unfortunately, several of the board members and officers will be leaving the board after serving for many years.  Despite our call for new board members in past newsletters, no one has come forward to replace the exiting board members.  Legally, we cannot dissolve the Association, so there may be no other recourse but to hire a management company to oversee the management activities if we cannot replace the retiring board members with new volunteer members.

For more details, please attend the Annual Homeowners’ Meeting.

Annual Homeowners’ Meeting — October 12th

Please Plan to Attend !!

The 2015Annual Meeting for the Pine Island Ridge Community Association will be held on Monday, October 12th.  The meeting will be held at Hyles Anderson College on Burr Street at 6:30 pm.  Light refreshments will be served, and we must have a quorum in order to cover the items on the agenda, as well as the new budget.  A copy of the new budget can be found on page 2.  Please note that the Board is very conscious of its fiscal responsibility, and there has been no proposed increase to the budget for 2016.  We look forward to seeing you on the 12th . (If you cannot attend, please fill out the proxy found on page 3 and return it to the address denoted on this proxy).

Reminder

NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES of any type are permitted in our parks or in the common areas.
