MONTHLY BOARD MEETING

JANUARY 20, 2025

ATTENDANCE: Jim Onik and Yolla Blair

NO TOWN VISITORS

MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES FROM DECEMBER 16, 2024

  • Mr. Onik made a motion to accept the minutes, and Mrs. Blair seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

TREASURER’S REPORT JANUARY 2025

  • The following bills have been paid: NIPSCO $131.81, Google $7.20, USPS/Amazon (stamps and ink pad) $39.20, and Flanagin’s Mail Service $242.10.
  • Aquatic Weed Control has submitted a contract for the 2025 season for $3,150.00 plus 7% sales tax. They will manage the weeds between the rocks for.
  • $2,950.00 plus 7% sales tax.
  • Mrs. Blair made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report, and Mr. Onik seconded.
  • The motion. The motion passed unanimously.

PONDS

  • Mr. Onik made a motion to accept the contract proposal from Aquatic Weed Control for pond maintenance, $3,150.00 plus 7% tax, and Mrs. Blair seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

COMMON AREAS AND LANDSCAPING

  • No business to discuss.

ARC

  • No business to discuss.

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Mr. Onik will add the fine schedule to the website.

OLD BUSINESS

  • No business to discuss.

NEW BUSINESS

  • Bob Smith has resigned from the PIRCA Board. We thank him for all the time and effort he provided during his tenure.

ADJOURN

  • Mr. Onik made a motion to adjourn, and Mrs. Blair seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:16 pm.
  • The next meeting is February 17, 2025, at 7:00 pm at Rosati’s.
